R.A.I.S.E.
R.A.I.S.E. (Real Advancement, Independence, Social Skills, and Empowerment for adults with autism) is a unique program that trains adults with autism to work in above entry level positions based on their interests while providing necessary social skills and interactions to help them succeed.
The skills learned through R.A.I.S.E. are transferable to similar positions in other corporations. By providing job skills and social skills training R.A.I.S.E. aims to make a real difference in the lives of adults with autism by providing them with the proper training to excel in above entry level positions, leading to financial independence and a sense of empowerment.
The vision of R.A.I.S.E. is to provide a model that other companies can adopt as a training program for adults with autism to work within their organizations in above entry level positions.
